Scott S. Rever received a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University in 1991. Mr. Rever received his J.D.degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1994.

During law school, Mr. Rever served as a law clerk to Wasserman Jurista and Stolz, P.C. Upon his graduation from Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Rever accepted a position with the Honorable David J. Issenman, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Following his judicial clerkship, Mr. Rever returned to Wasserman Jurista and Stolz.

Mr. Rever has served as an Adjunct Law Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark where he taught legal research and writing.

Mr. Rever is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Rever is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association and has been a Master in the Bankruptcy Inn of Court.

Mr. Rever represents Debtors, Trustees, Creditors’ Committees and creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and Chapter 13 cases. Mr. Rever has prepared and filed Bankruptcy Petitions, and has filed, prosecuted and defended complex adversary complaints and motions before the Bankruptcy Court and State Courts.
